You may choose one of our most popular menus or we will meet with you
as often as needed to customize a menu that works for you and your
guests. If you've not had the pleasure of tasting our food previously,
we will gladly set up a tasting for you. Our event coordinator not only
arranges for all the food preparation with our chef, she is onsite the
day of the event to make sure the timing of your dinner is perfect.
Having catered on the Central Coast for over 30 years, we are familiar
with many venues and vendors. We can recommend rental companies,
florists, bakeries, music and photographers that we have successfully
worked with in the past.
We can coordinate the
renting of china, flatware, glassware, tables, chairs, linen, dance
floors, tents, etc. Not only will we order them, on the day of event we
will check items in and make sure everything that was ordered has

Our staff also assists other vendors as needed, whether it's
the florist, your own event coordinator, the venue staff, etc. Our
coordinator stays connected with everyone onsite who is working your
event so that everything runs smoothly. Cake cutting by our staff is
